With a beautiful curved design, the Z1 handset has been made from ultra-strong tempered glass with a robust aluminium frame. As with the Xperia Z, the Z1 has Sony’s excellent Exmor RS image sensor combined with HDR (High Dynamic Range) video. This means that whatever the lighting conditions, you’ll get a great photo or video recording with optimal exposure levels thanks to its clever feature of automatically photographing the same image at different exposure levels and combining them into one great shot. Other notable cameras features include the Sony award-winning G lens and BIONZ software which gives texture and depth and vibrant colour to your photos.
The Z1 camera also boasts some great functions such as Superior Auto which uses scene recognition technology to eliminate poor lighting, movement and any blurring. Using Sony’s latest television technology, the Z1 also boasts a glorious Triluminous display and features superior video playback, a very high quality screen and X Reality software which enhances the quality of video recordings.
The Sony Xperia Z1 is currently one of the world’s fastest smartphones thanks to its very powerful Snapdragon 2.2GHz 800 quad-core processor. It will run on the latest Android Jellybean 4.3 and it also features an impressive 3000mAh battery and comes with 16GB of storage which can be increased to 64GB with the use of a microSD card.
