EE Upgrades

Direct Mobiles used to offer EE upgrades for existing EE mobile and SIM only customers but this is something EE no longer offer through us.

EE no longer allows any UK retailer to upgrade their existing customers and have also removed their plans from price comparison websites.

Existing EE customers can now only upgrade directly with EE.

But worry not!  You can still pick up an awesome phone deal and saving on your new phone with us as we have deals available from £8 a month with a phone, plus all the latest models, including the new iPhone 17 series and Samsung S25 series.

And if you’d prefer to keep the phone you already have, you can reduce your monthly bill by switching to a SIM only plan.
